We hand craft all our food and since there are, essentially,
an infinite number of soups to be enjoyed on this fine planet of ours,
rather than list some (or any) we will simply say this: we make
them using seasonal ingredients, any style, so please ask us

Also referred as ‘Communal’ or ‘American Style’, our Family Style service isn’t about a different menu list but, quite logically, how the food is placed in front of you and your guests, and it dictates how you will all interact with each other during your meal together.
All food is served in large formats (platters, bowls, boards, etc), placed in the centre of the table, per courses, and the guests help each other to pass and serve the food. Many different types, shapes, colours and materials of platters can be used to suit your event.
This makes the dining portion of your evening the entertainment centrepiece of your event and can take place in whatever pace you’d like to set for yourself.
It is interactive for your guests and it is typically somewhat casual, but can also be done in such a way as to still be elegant and fine dining.
